  • so i’m in the garage this morning about 0530, have the smudge pot running ’cause the skeeters are bad and all the sudden – WHOOMP – off goes the pot in a ball of flame and then its out. i be thinking i have a leak on the seam. gotta try this again tonight when its dark and i know its coming.

    I would have a hard time selling……I like them to much and I enjoy the hell out of shooting them. You may be on to something, my kids fight more over who gets the guns vs. the retirement plans and property….:)

  • wish i would have been smart enough to buy shotguns as an investment.
    never had a scooter i wouldn’t ride like i stole it, or a gun i won’t shoot.

    had a chance to buy some old brownings from a bro-in-law in didn’t ’cause of the price.

    My father, old enough to know better, lit himself on fire using starting fluid to clean out is outdoor fireplace. Mostly second degree burns on his hand and arm, singed his hair and eyebrows, small 3rd degree on his knee……. Must be fall. :)

    buddy, makes ya wonder how the hell we have made it this long. still convinced the big dude upstairs smiles on assholes since i’m still here.

    i did another dummy move the other day – whacked myself with the power washer. dam lucky it only took skin – not injected and i was on the sweep nozzle.

    I pulled a similar stunt with an old table saw. I was building shelves for the garage at son’s house I moved to and was cutting a test strip to hang peg board. Had a short piece and grabbed the other end and the saw kicked and took a chunk out of my left index finger and slice of my thumb. I almost became the Cornbread of the South.     Had 2 days of early teal,woody at Reelfoot this weekend. Nice limits of green and blue wings. Got the house finished. Been quite a remodeling project.
