I would have a hard time selling……I like them to much and I enjoy the hell out of shooting them. You may be on to something, my kids fight more over who gets the guns vs. the retirement plans and property….:)
My father, old enough to know better, lit himself on fire using starting fluid to clean out is outdoor fireplace. Mostly second degree burns on his hand and arm, singed his hair and eyebrows, small 3rd degree on his knee……. Must be fall.
Flight was nonexistent, mosquitos were bad I look like a peg board this morning. My son Blake headed out with a couple of buddies to what should have been a hot spot and they managed less than a dozen between them.
Tough year for doves and now bring on the rain or the duck hunting is going to suck.
Drier than a popcorn fart around here. No water left in the reservoirs and without an early wet fall we are in a world of hurt. Grassland and Westside Water districts (Fed) have told the clubs to expect 60% of their allotment. They have the option of taking it early season or hold off and wait, word is most will not flood until 12/1.
Our club relies on pump water but without some signs of early bird activity the members probably will vote to hold off flooding before late Nov or Dec.
