Sunny & Clear, Winds Calm – Over 70 Degrees
Everybody said they were bringing decoys, sooo, of course, no decoys. Had one teal mojo and one goose floater. Made no difference. Saw a few in the distance, but no birds.

Sunny & Clear, Winds Calm – Over 70 Degrees
Went 4 for 6 this morning!! First bird dropped in around 6:45 and was dropped with the bottom barrel. About a minute later unloaded both barrels and had two more tits up. Had to wait about 5 minutes and had 2 come buzz the dekes. Two more shots rang out, but birds kept going. Then those 2 birds merged with 4 others and after a couple of passes, they decoyed. 1 more shot finished out my limit. Dog retrieved nicely. Can’t wait for tomorrow!!!

Spotted about two dozen teal yesterday. Hope some are still hanging around on Saturday.

Saw a few teal on my Uncles place yesterday and today. Heard some geese, but never saw them. Hopefully we can kill a few birds next Sat.

managed to eek out a limit however, my shooting SUXS!! brought out the new A400 to try out on some very light loads. At least the gun performed as it was supposed to, I just wish the operator would have. gone to find some teal if there are any in this state

A buddy and I shot our limit of 30 down in Duncan today. We shot poorly in the morning. Went into town for some lunch then went back out about 1:30. Scratched out our limit by 4:30. Saw decent numbers. Just wish I would have shot a little better.

Haven’t had a good dove hunt in years. Used to get into them good down in Johnston Co. but don’t know any spots around here.
