Nate,
Good to hear that things went well with the twins. I hope your able to get this way this year. Didn’t book any trips to the great northwest but am going on a 8 day trip on the excel. I have to get one of those 200 lbs TUNA.

YES, I’M ALREADY WORKING ON THE DECOYS AND GETTING THE BOAT READY. BUT WITH 112 degrees today I don’t know if its fever or just plan HOTTTTTTT !!!

Well this is all new to me. Last year I didn’t get to hunt since my wife was pregnant with twins(2 little girls, 9 weeks old.) 1st season missed in 32 years of life. But, was given a green light to get back to what I love by my wife. I have two 5 day trips to north dakota planned in October and a 4 day hunt in Arkansas end of November 1st December. We moved down here last September from Minnesota and I am looking forward to getting to hunt down here as well. I can’t wait to see the sun come up and hear wings cutting air. So how good will the hunting be down here? Mr. Curry has been good enough to give me some pointers but a new spot is hard to figure out. Just looking for imput i guess.

Rembo,
took almost 400 snows in Ne. early March in two weekends. Superb! Just booked Alberta for mid Sept. Been in Mx. fishing for 5 weeks, heading back to East Cape tonight. Last trip. Outstanding big game fishing this summer in Sea Of Cortez. Looking forward to maybe hooking up with you this fall. I’ll be in Parker with 50 dove hunters on Sept. 10-12 at the Kofa. Stop by for lunch on the 11th at noon at Kofa Inn. Should be a good crowd of 50 or so.

Was out playing golf this past weekend and from the time we tee off till the fourth or fifth hole we had a ton of dark and lite geese flying over heading north. It seems that the weather up north is still to cold and snowy for them to move this soon. Since this past weekend I have not seen them, But have been out side at like 9pm having a smoke and hear brids honking over my head, but not as big as the flocks were Saturday.

Sunny & Clear, Winds Calm – 60-65 Degrees
Got out of bed early to beat the traffic in. Put the dog in the back of the truck and went back in the house for one reason or another and came out the dog was gone, the day was starting out great. looked for him for 45 min. or so and left without him. last day of the season. frist time in 3 years I hunted by myself. did ok got 2 teal and 2 gadwall, should of had more but i felt I would have lost them in the reeds. But all in all not a great season but not a bad one either. scale of 1 to 10 an I give it a 6. Hope to see you guys in texas for the spring hunts.
