  1. we hunted in Accomack county this morning. there are a lot of black ducks down. fling in nice size groups, but none gave us a look. saw merganzers, bufflehead, fair amount of Canadians, and some snows. we did manage to kill one drake hooded merganser, the nicest looking one I’ve shot and the second one that was banded. fair amount of hunters and more shooting this weekend then last

  2. hunted Accomack county last Saturday. a lot of black ducks in the area. I think it was my coldest opener in Virginia. fair amount of shooting, but a little off for an opener. saw some merganzers, some Canadians, the snows are coming in. we only had two black ducks come in and we killed them.

  3. No divers of any number the “push” is over. Waiting for next wave.
